Gift Card Information

Summer Gift Card In-Person Hours: Wednesdays from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. in John Paul II Building

Thank you for choosing to purchase gift cards through the St. Benedict Gift Card Program.

There are two order forms for Gift Cards:

1. Short Order Form - Listed on the short order form are the gift cards which we keep in stock. You can print out this form and send it in with your payment to be filled. You can drop it in the collection basket at mass, drop it off at the church rectory, or the school office. We will also fill orders from the short order forms in person during the following days and hours:

Wednesdays from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. in John Paul II Building

2. Big Order Form - Listed on the big order form are gift cards which can be ordered once a month. There are many other retailers listed on the Great Lakes Scrip Center's website. You can order gift card for any of these retailers; just list them on the big order form on one of the blank lines.

Please remember that all orders must be prepaid, either by cash or check.
